Conditions for using the REMNOVA online store and purchasing our products.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the REMNOVA Shopify store. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to REMNOVA.

2. Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. You must be legally able to enter into the transaction. Keep any customer-account login details secure. Do not interfere with the website, access another person’s account, or submit fraudulent orders.

3. Products and handmade details

Review the description, measurements, materials, options, and photographs on the individual product page before ordering. Handmade pieces can have slight variations in size, texture, or appearance, and screen settings can affect how colours appear. These variations do not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

If you would like an option that is not listed, contact us before ordering. Custom requests are considered individually; the design, price, production timeframe, and delivery arrangements must be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

4. Orders and changes

Check your selected items, options, delivery address, and final total before submitting an order. Review any order confirmation we send and contact us promptly if the details are incorrect.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund payment for the unfulfilled items. Any change to a confirmed order’s price or specifications requires your agreement; it will not be imposed without your consent.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly so we can review its status. This does not limit mandatory cancellation rights.

5. Prices and payment

USD is the store’s main currency. If another currency is offered, check the currency and amount shown at checkout. Payment methods available for your order, shipping charges, and any taxes or duties collected by the store are shown before purchase. Your payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction charges.

Payments are handled through the services available at checkout. Price changes apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order.

6. Made-to-Order production

Most REMNOVA pieces are created after an order is placed. Made-to-Order production takes 7–10 business days. This is the production period, not the delivery period. Individual custom-design timeframes are discussed separately before ordering.

Production and transit are separate stages. Review the product details and our Shipping & Returns page. If a significant production delay arises, we will communicate with you about the available next steps, subject to your mandatory rights.

7. Shipping and delivery

International shipping costs $30 USD, or $35 USD for Australia, New Zealand, India, and Mexico. Shipping is added at checkout and is not included in the product price. Delivery within Ukraine is available through Nova Poshta.

Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the carrier and destination. Provide a complete delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Carrier and customs delays do not remove your rights under applicable law, including rights relating to delivery and missing parcels. Customs duties and import taxes depend on the destination and the order’s shipping arrangements. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification; any amounts collected by the store will be shown at checkout.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Refund Policy explains returns, refunds, and cancellations. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind return programme for Made-to-Order or custom pieces beyond applicable mandatory rights.

Made-to-Order status alone does not automatically exclude statutory withdrawal rights. A personalisation exception applies only where legally permitted and appropriate to the actual goods. Rights concerning defects, incorrect items, or misdescription remain unaffected.

9. Digital content, if offered

If digital tutorials or patterns are offered, their product pages describe the format, delivery or access method, compatibility requirements, and permitted use. Physical production and shipping timeframes do not apply to digital downloads.

Any exception to statutory withdrawal rights for immediate digital supply requires the consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation required by applicable law. Mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

10. Website content and external services

Respect applicable intellectual-property rights in the photographs, text, designs, and other website content. Do not reproduce or use protected content commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in its design.

External websites and services have their own terms. Their terms do not remove our responsibilities for your purchase under these terms and applicable law.

11. Privacy

Information provided when browsing, ordering, or contacting us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Review that policy for information about processing and your privacy rights.

12. Disclaimer

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement. 

13. Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a problem occurs, contact us with your order details so we can try to resolve it.

Applicable law determines your rights and available remedies. These terms do not restrict mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim that apply to you.
