01 / Raffia

Keep the texture. Protect the shape.

REMNOVA bags are handmade from 100% viscose raffia. Keep raffia pieces dry: avoid rain and prolonged contact with water. Do not wash or soak them.

If your bag or another raffia piece becomes compressed or loses its shape, it may be carefully reshaped using a hairdryer or hair straightener. A very small amount of gentle steam may also be used.

Heat and steam require particular care. Follow the REMNOVA demonstration before attempting to reshape your piece. If you are unsure, email us with photos for guidance.

Keep your REMNOVA dust bag for storage between wears.

For help with a compressed or misshapen bag, send us photos before using heat or steam.

02 / Pompons

Gently fluff them back into shape.

If your pompons become compressed, gently fluff and reshape them by hand. If needed, a very small amount of gentle steam may be used with care.

03 / Slippers

Wash. Air dry. Wear again.

REMNOVA slippers are made from 41% Australian superwash merino wool and 59% polyamide.

They can be machine washed. After washing, allow them to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Check the instructions supplied with your pair before washing.

04 / Clothing

Care at 30°C.

LUMI DRESS and KNIT SUIT are made from 50% cotton and 50% acrylic.

Wash at 30°C. Follow any additional care instructions supplied with your garment.

Email us with the item name, your question, and photos if relevant. For accessories or pieces not covered above, contact us before trying a care method intended for another material.

If your piece has been damaged during use, send photos so we can discuss whether a repair may be possible. Repair options depend on the damage.
